Any negative results from laser hair removal on legs?

Question
I'm thinking about getting laser hair removal done on my legs, but am worried about negative effects. The technician who I spoke to let it slip that her legs became very sensitive to temperature change after she had them done. I have light skin and dark hair, if that makes any difference. Thanks.
Answer
The only negative is the hole in your pocketbook... I loved the laser. I did it on my face, underarms, bikini and legs. I have to admit that it was a little painful at first - it gets less painful over time as there is less and less hair. I also love having the permanent smooth feeling on my skin. The only other negative is that for a day or so, it felt that I had a sunburn. This usually happened only when I showered.
